Confluence yoga is a one person company owned by Ricky Rodriguez. Ricky’s teaching is based out of North Western Loudoun county near the town of Hillsboro. He is trained in the Baptiste Power Vinyasa style by Baron Baptiste and his teacher trainers and is an Associate Baptiste Instructor. Ricky uses breath awareness to bring students into the present moment, feel their bodies and get out of their heads. He moves individuals from the physical to the emotional and the spiritual using calm words and encouragement. The yoga poses he teaches are found Baron Baptiste’s book Journey Into Power. He shows how physical, emotional and spiritual resistance can be a fertile compost for personal growth. Allows individuals to find their personal “roadmaps” for living using acceptance and truth as a starting point in their journey.
